Tension Relief Massage
This massage is fondly called the R & R massage because it helps to bring about relief and relaxation. It helps to relieve those tense, achy areas while helping you feel refreshed, revitalized and relaxed.
Each massage is specifically designed to meet your particular needs by your therapist. He or she may draw from modalities such as relaxation, deep tissue, structural integration, shiatsu, cranial sacral, subtle body work, Jin Shin, hot and/or cold stone therapy and Thai massage.
