Blessings!

I was born and raised in New Jersey. I went to cosmetology school and soon realized after working in that field for a short while that it was not what I wanted to do. I moved to New York City, where I blossomed as an individual and was able to have many different experiences to find my place. I worked in a coffee shop, as a stage manager, and in a dance club. During this time I was able to connect with and experience many different people on many different paths. I have always known that I wanted to help people but after 5 years in New York City I still didn’t know in what form that would take. In order to continue my search for my niche and to find out more about myself, I felt it was again time to make a geographical change and moved to San Diego.

After being in San Diego for a while, I was lead to Body Mind College (BMC). It was there that I knew I had found what I had been searching for and threw myself into learning as much as I could about body work as well as the different ways to assist people in healing themselves and the techniques to get them there. I graduated from BMC with a Holistic Health Practitioner designation.

As a practitioner, I utilize many forms of bodywork to relax, rejuvenate and heal aches and pains. I am also a second level Reiki.

It was at BMC where I started my path of healing and where I found my passion. I also learned how to support people and help them find their passion. I now use emotional facilitation and holistic counseling in the portion of my practice as a life coach. I love to help people move at their own pace and find their path in this amazing world.

I continue to take seminars and classes to better serve my clients and their needs, as well as keeping myself growing and learning.
