I have come from a varied professional background. I have been an educator, political researcher, jewelry designer, mortgage banker, realtor, life and health consultant, sales and marketing manager, and counselor.

In 2001 I relocated from my beloved Hawaii-nei to California to spend time with my father before I had to be one of his care givers as he had been living with non-Hodgkins lymphoma for several years. My dad also suffered from back pain due to an old injury to his spine at the 4th and 5th cervical area. He would get a massage periodically and complain when he got home about the quality of the massage. I decided I would get basic massage therapy training so I could give him professional massages on a regular basis.

I entered Body Mind College of Therapeutic Massage and Holistics and enjoyed it so much I continued my education until I received my Holistic Health Practitioner designation. I have been practicing for over five years and yes, I gave my dad regular massages until he passed away. I use my training in deep tissue, relaxation, structural integration, trigger point, vita flex and aroma therapy to provide my clients with a variety of techniques to meet the needs of their body.

An essential part of my practice is Young Living Therapeutic Essential Oils. Over time I have seen the tremendous benefits that these oils have given to my clients as well as myrself. I readily recommend Raindrop Therapy for back pain as well as a variety of health issues of the skeletal, muscular, respiratory, circulatory, neurological and hormonal systems.
As a certified Hypnotherapist, I also include hypnotherapy in my Holistic practice in the ares of pain management and medical assistance.

Another facet of my practice is counseling. I use a variety of techniques to assist clients in healing beliefs that have come from sources other than themselves.

Lastly, I work with bio electromagnetic technology such as the Body Regenerator, Ionic Footbath, Infrared Mineral Lamps and others to assist clients in self-improvement of their body and emotions.

I am very passionate about this work that I do and strive to provide client centered attention and compassion to all that I work with.
